Return your order
You have the right to cancel your order within 28 days after the day you received your goods without giving any reason. You must send the goods back within 14 days after informing us. You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping costs. The costs for returning the goods from your home to the shop are for your own account.

If you use your right of withdrawal, you need to return the goods with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to us.
We will refund the amount due within 14 days of the return notification, provided the product has already been received back in good condition. If the product is damaged, or if the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try out the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returning it. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment from your home to us.
