Delivery Time
We do our best to deliver orders as soon as possible. Orders placed on workdays before 16:00 will be shipped the same day if the product is in stock.
Products that are out of stock take longer. On each product page there is an indication of the delivery time. At the moment overseas shipping is experiencing delays. The production of some pedals are seriously delayed and have a delivery time of 6 months or more. On this page you will find an overview of the current international service alerts.
After placing an order we will inform you as soon as possible about actual delivery times. You receive a confirmation of shipping as soon as your order is shipped. This confirmation also contains a track & trace code with which you can track your order. All our orders overseas are delivered by DHL and UPS. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the moment of delivery.
Packaging
Since August 12, 2026, the new European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) has been in effect. This European regulation is intended to reduce packaging waste and ensure that packaging becomes increasingly reusable and recyclable.
At Pedaltown, we also strive to use our packaging as efficiently as possible. We always choose suitable shipping boxes and use recyclable packaging materials wherever possible. Additionally, we limit unnecessary filler material and reuse filler material and suitable shipping boxes as much as possible. Consequently, it is possible that your order will be shipped in a box that has been used previously. Naturally, we always ensure that your order is packed properly and safely.
The PPWR will be implemented in stages over the coming years. As a result, packaging, packaging materials, and the information stated on them may change in the future. Pedaltown is monitoring these developments and adjusting its working methods to comply with applicable European and Dutch regulations where necessary.
