Universal Audio Lion ’68 Super Lead Amp is a versatile pedal that brings the iconic British amplifier sounds of the late ’60s to your pedalboard. With this pedal, you can summon the distinctive tones of three different 100-watt plexi amplifiers, ranging from sparkling cleans to powerful overdrive.
The pedal offers three amplifier modes:
Lead: This mode delivers the classic 1968 Super Lead sound, known for its aggressive bite and clarity.
Bass: Based on the 1968 Super Bass, this mode provides a fuller and warmer tone, ideal for both bassists and guitarists.
Brown: This mode emulates the ‘brown’ sound, a modified amplifier tone that became popular in the late ’70s, renowned for its rich, saturated overdrive.
Additionally, you can choose from three different speaker and microphone configurations, giving you a wide range of tonal options. With the UAFX Control app, you can connect via Bluetooth to receive firmware updates and unlock additional features.
A power supply (9 volts) is not included.
