Karma Machine Shop

Karma Machine Shop is a dual overdrive and distortion pedal and based on a combination of a Ibanez Mostortion MTN 10 and a Nobels ODR-1.

This pedal contains the two most popular pedals: Karma MTN-10 and the Karma ODR-10. The MTN-10 gives you just the right amount of compression and dirt without sacrificing feel. The 3-band EQ is wildly interactive and really requires minimal tweaking. Simply start at noon and season to taste. The MTN-10 is also an excellent clean boost. It has plenty of full-range response and is incredibly reactive to dynamics.

ODR-10 is meticulously modeled from Tim Pierce’s Nobels ODR-1 from the early 1990s, is very sensitive and responds to the guitar volume and your attack. The tone control has a broad spectrum that adjusts both bass and treble simultaneously. The mids are changed very little. This guarantees a transparent, warm tone in every position.

This pedal can stack the ODR and MTN in two ways: in series or parallel. If you choose to stack them in series you can also change the order of the effects. The pedal also has a boost function when pressing and holding the Bypass switch.

The pedal is powered by a 9-18 volts power supply (sold separately) and draws around 200 milliamps (at 9 volt).
