Temple Audio Design 4 Channel Buffer is a module for your Templeboard and an excellent choice for setups with the 4 Cable Method.
The 4X MOD Pro is an excellent choice for setups that use the Four Cable Method. This setup lets you place some of your pedals (I.e. compressors, overdrives) before your amplifier’s preamp/EQ section and the rest of your pedals (i.e. reverbs, delays) in the FX loop after the preamp/EQ section.
The 4X MOD Pro features two buffered inputs and two
buffered outputs. Whatever 1⁄4” signal you send into one jack will carry on to the corresponding jack on the other side. The in- and outputs are labeled: GUITAR INPUT A – buffered input, AMP OUTPUT A – buffered output, SEND INPUT B – buffered input and RETURN OUTPUT B – buffered output. Each channel has its own buffer and each buffer can individually be switched on and off.
