Darkglass Harmonic Booster is designed to be the perfect complement to our distortion circuits, the flexibility and portability of the Harmonic Booster is also the perfect one-stop solution for gigging musicians in search of a precise and harmonically rich clean preamplifier.
The pedal has 6 knobs which let you dial in your sound which ease. The Boost knop flattens or boosts the signal with -20dB to +20dB. The Character knob allows blending in the perfect amount of the tone-shaping circuitry. It can be set counter-clockwise for a flatter frequency response.
The EQ is section is elaborate. The Mid frequency knob goes from 250Hz to 2.5kHz and the Mid gain boosts or flattens this area with +-20dB. The Bass knob boosts or flattens the area around 80 Hz and the Treble knob does the same around the 5 kHz area.
The pedal is powered by a standard 9 volts power supply (sold separately). You can not power this pedal with a alkaline battery.
