Cornerstone Imperium

Expected date of shipment 13 May

Cornerstone Imperium is a dual overdrive and is based on a Robben Ford style Dumble and John Mayer trio tubescreamer-ish tones. Imagine you can stack them in two different ways and control them independently.

In other words: imagine you can have our renowned Gladio SC and Antique packed in the same pedal. Gladio SC and Antique,if combined will make your tone : Powerful yet dynamic. Creamy yet defined. Full yet not dark.

The Antiqu side (left) has Gain and Volume controls that are pretty much self explaining. The Tone control manages the low-mid frequency content. The Presence control shapes the hi-mids and high-end content.  Mids (cut) toggle switch manages the overall mids content, in UP position is the classic TS mids, in DOWN position mids are cut. Finally, the Comp switch is managing the overall dynamic response of the pedal.

The Gladio SC side (right) is based on the Gladio 1st channel, with the exact same sound and controls, except the new clean knob. The clean signal is taken directly at the input of the pedal and mixed back with the overdriven signal at the output, the knob manages the volume of the clean signal. with the result of having a “clean layer” on top of the overdrive sound, which help a lot to achieve that Texas-blues sound.

The pedal is powered by a 9 volts power supply (sold separately).
