Chase Bliss Dark World is the first digital reverb pedal from Chase Bliss with sophisticated control over every parameter and beyond. It is a dual channel reverb with tons of possibilities.
The pedal is a collaboration between CB, Cooper FX and Keeley. The circuit on the left (‘the Dark side’) is developed by Cooper FX, the one on the right by Keeley Electronics.
The left reverb has three modes: Mod, Shim & Black and two knobs: Modify & Decay. The right reverb also has three modes: Spring, Plate & Hall and knobs for Pre-Delay and Dwell.
The tone control is a low-pass filter with which you control the EQ of both effects. The effects can be used side-by-side (parallel) or serial. The Mix knob adjusts the balance between wet and dry.
Like all Chase Bliss Audio pedals, all of the settings can be stored in presets, ramped, or controlled via expression pedal. Every knob and switch is connected to a little digital brain.
