Catalinbread Giygas is a powerful fuzz with many options, with which you can adjust this fuzz to your liking. The pedal’s circuit is based on three silicon transistors, giving you a nice rich, harmonic fuzz with loads of sustain.
The pedal has a Blend knob to mix your dry signal with the fuzz. You don’t often see that with fuzz pedals. This preserves the definition and character of your guitar while allowing you to set maximum fuzz. The pedal has a tilt EQ, which allows you to decrease the treble when boosting the bass and vice versa. The result remains musical and very useful.
The pedal is suitable for bassists and has an internal switch with which you set the frequency range of the Mids knob to 250Hz. Whether you like a creamy, crisp or a brutal, gritty fuzz, you will be impressed with this pedal!
